Introduction:

LinkedIn is seeking an Automation Developer for its Ops Intel team in Bengaluru. This team drives significant process efficiency in Global GTM Operations through intelligent automation, crafting creative solutions and scaling bot automation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable automation architecture, aiming to amplify automation by 10X
• Build, maintain, and scale a large portfolio of bots/workflows
• Integrate multi-technology solutions, including Intelligent Automation (RPA/AI/ML)
• Track bot metrics, business impact, lifecycle management, and ensure documentation/compliance
• Stay hands-on: from requirements to implementation, hypercare, and migration to new infrastructure
• Collaborate with global business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor and help define best practices in RPA automation and coding standards

Key Technical Skills:

Automation Anywhere (A360), Python, Microsoft Power Platform, Java or .NET, SQL, VB Script

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or related)
• Minimum 2 years hands-on in Automation Anywhere platform (A360) and Microsoft Power Platform
• Built bots for at least 4–6 complex processes, managing lifecycle end-to-end
• Programming proficiency (Java, Python, .NET), SQL/VB scripting
• Experience automating web/windows apps; both attended and unattended bots
• Experience documenting solutions, change management, and IT/infosec compliance
• Great communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Azure Logic Apps & Cognitive Services exposure
• Intelligent automation using OCR tools (e.g., IQBOT), AI/ML skills
• Experience with CRMs and Microsoft tools
